Opening SysWow64 folder on Windows 10 startup?

Such a thing: when the computer starts, the explorer constantly opens (folder C://windows/SysWow64).
After sleep mode, the problem is not observed.
And autorun (task manager, CCleaner), registry (machine, user), and autoload (in start) are nothing suspicious. There is also no infection.
