Opening a company and an account in the USA?

I took care of such a problem as opening a Merchant Account to sell applications on Google Play.
The situation is this: I am in the EU, but our country is not in the list of verified countries, and I cannot link the bank to Google Checkout. As a result, I faced the problem that being a resident-citizen of the EU, opening an account in the UK, Poland and other EU countries in order to accept payments in Google Checkout is almost unrealistic, or realistic, but for four-digit amounts in the region of 5000 euros, for me this is still which is not a lifting amount.

For myself I chose: Wyoming / Delaware, but as I understand it, Wyoming is much more profitable in terms of taxes.

I made a company in the USA, but there were problems with apple. The Tax Information form requires a US citizen, which I am not. I'm tormenting support about this.
I have not yet linked my bank account with google play, but the country has chosen Russia and does not change, I will also have to figure it out.
I did it through myusacorporation, and they did not have the opportunity to open a bank account in the USA. They did everything fairly quickly. Beware of divorce, as it is not uncommon.
Wyoming is ok, there too.

Based on my understanding to get an international merchant account you dont really need to be in US or have a US company or Bank account.
Honestly you dont even need any USA company to even use US echeck and ACH Payment Processing system to accept payments from usa based customers.
Over here in this question the major challenge is the integration. Most of our Processing partners offer multicurrency payment processing but how it will integrate to apple store of google store is something that the developers can take care of
