OpenCV 64bit DLL?

Are there 64-bit builds of OpenCV?
The application does not have enough memory, I want to recompile it to 64 bit.
But I can't find any mention, is it possible in principle? Is it possible to create 64 bit DLLs under Windows from Visual Studio 2015?
