I want to put an affiliate program banner in the side menu.

There is an affiliate code:

So, I created an HTML text block and wrote this code through the CodeView button. As a result, the picture does not appear. If you write any text instead of an image, a text link will be displayed.

I don't care how to add this banner, I just need to add it. How can this be done?

After you have added the desired code to the field, you need to disable the CodeView mode and then save.
