Opencart 2 doesn't see promotional items?

Initially, I added Promotions and they were successfully displayed on the site, but after installing the Easy Blog Simple, Local copy modules, I found that the price was old and began to figure it out. I tried everything I could - to no avail.
Now, when adding a promotion, the discount is visible only in the admin panel, the discount is not displayed on the product page and in categories. On the "Promotions" page, goods with a discount are not displayed.
Disabled all modifiers and cleared the cache. Nothing helped.
Where else can I go, please help?
