Open Office 4 Calc. How to grab an image behind text?

There is a document Open Office 4 (Win), Calc. I paste the image, position it as I need, then right-click and put it behind the text. How can I grab this image again to move it to a new location and/or resize it?

There is such a thing in OO - Navigator (F5), an icon in the form of a compass, where you double-click the desired object and you can move it.
