Open Graph and mobile version?
There is a site example.com. Its pages have Open Graph tags. The server has a redirect to the mobile version (m.example.com) depending on the user agent. There are no tags in the mobile version of Open Graph, there is only a rel=canonical link to the main version.
You need to make sure that when you post a link to m.example.com/something in your Facebook feed, you post a link to example.com/something.
This is real?

And what does Open Graph have to do with it if it is not in the mobile version?
Share a link to the full version of the site, what's the problem?
It may be worth using the links example.com/something everywhere, who needs to be redirected to the mobile version.
Or maybe still add Open Graph to the mobile version and write links in Open Graph to the main version?
