open fire. Issues with Shared Roster (Shared List)

There is Openfire, screwed to AD.
There is a group in AD in which there are all users of the organization.

When sharing a group, and assigning access to "For everyone", it appears once in the contact list (Pandion), and then disappears.

What can be the cause, and how to deal with it?
