ICQ MacOS notification problem?

Please do not kick, but there is a need to use ICQ on a Mac. Went through most of the clients, everything is not that, but of. ICQ is it. Most of all, the interface resembles Skype.
Now about the problem. Off. ICQ there is no icon in the menubar. The dock is almost always hidden because of this, I miss the received messages if I moved away from the poppy.
Is there a solution to this problem?
