Open/closed API for recognizing QR from a photo?

Good time of the year.
Tell me, are there any open (or paid) services that provide a ready-made API for uploading and recognizing photos with QR codes? In my case, you need to give a person in a telegram / Facebook bot the opportunity to take a picture (in an offline store) of a QR code on a certain product, send the received photo to such a service, get a decrypted answer, and then - the rest of the logic of the bot's behavior happens.
Actually, the snag I have is only in the search for a service, the rest has already been written.

Or maybe it's better to use some library and integrate it into your code ???
