Open 3D model?

There is such a tool valve model editor , it opens models, you can use emotions and what I need is to save as a picture in png.
But , I need the same tool for another game, there is no similar one for it. Serious Engine game. I can specify any file extensions. Are there universal programs for many games?

It all depends on the format of the models supported by the engine.
It can be both public (fbx, obj, 3ds) - and then it can be edited in popular programs like 3ds max, blender, etc. Or it can be closed - and then figs to you.
