Colleagues, my wife asked me to make an online store for children's toys for her, and she has one very important requirement - the store must have a referral program, like on iHerb. That is, the link to the store should be of the form XYZ123.MYSHOP.COM or at least MYSHOP.COM?XYZ123, upon clicking on which a referrer cookie is set for customers, and then with each purchase, the referrer gets a penny on the internal balance.

I myself write in C#, I am not familiar with PHP at all.

Can you tell me, please, what are the names of e-Commerce CMS, in which this function (reflink) is available from the box?

If such CMS do not exist, then tell me what are the names of e-Commerce CMS written in ASP.NET, so that I can (theoretically) add this referral program (NOT DESIRABLE, I don’t want to add anything, I just want to buy, upload to hosting and run) .
