Online store and social networks. How to attract an active audience?

Good day everyone. There is an online store. Sales are going well, but I would also like to use social networks to attract new customers and get feedback from them, in order to collect feedback and recommendations on various services and products.
To do this, we have pages on FB and VK, as well as a twitter account. How can these social resources be managed and promoted in the most effective way? Interested not in the number of new subscribers, but their quality.

If quantity is not a priority, then try targeted advertising and the exchange of Vkontakte sites. That is, the official advertising opportunities that the network gives you should be enough to attract new users.
