Online service for web-development (remote). Plant on BITRIX or write your own engine?

Everyone DD!
Colleagues, tell me... I'm
designing a web development service (websites and applications) for myself,
everything - through the online mode (remote developers and I as a customer, well, + my project manager :) I made the first prototype with the main functionality .
[all the main functionality of the service revolves around project management. and app/web development projects in particular]
Now there is a dilemma - Should I take BITRIX24 or write my own engine?
according to various general estimates ...
A. if you take BITRIX, then you can start with this service quickly! But the very development of the service on Bitrix and subsequent adjustments, additional purchase of modules and license updates will also cost a considerable amount.
B. Writing a new engine is not cheap either
. What do you recommend?
Thanks

Along the way, it remains to use Bitrix.
THERE There is a ready-made functionality. + There are specialists for working with this functionality.
and I hope the price tag will decrease in the near future :)
Thank you all

@Jeer

If the current solutions suit you, then you need to take them. In any case, it will make its engine more expensive (well, you can’t compare it at all in terms of time).
Bitrix initially comes as a CRM for salespeople. Yes, theoretically, you can shove tasks for programmers there, but I have not seen this. The cloud solution is quite cheap. A boxed one is a little more expensive, there is a license for 1 or 2 years, then this license can not be renewed simply. Extend if necessary. If you do not have any customizations, then support will not be needed.
Another thing is that there are specialized solutions for managing development teams, from large Jira and Microsoft TFS (now Azure is something there). There are also pirated versions for tfs of some 2014 (unsupported), there are all sorts of tricks, for example, register in fat by student mail and renew. There are a lot of smaller projects, all of them have rather loyal prices.
