Online RSS generator?

Need an online service to publish your own RSS (Atom, whatever) feed.
In a word, just an admin panel, by logging in in which I could post and edit posts (with custom fields like: date, title, subtitle, link, picture_url, etc.), they would be saved to the database and published at some URL.
I don't want to start a blog for this, etc. You need a simple admin panel for manually filling in RSS.
For example, an imaginary service megafeed.com, and my channel is on it: megafeed.com/shoumikhin and there are the records that I left when I logged into megafeed.com.
