Online - a service for the selection of a color palette?

Once upon a time I saw an online service for selecting a color palette for a site, and the service itself generated the appearance of the site template according to the selected colors. He showed exactly how the web page would look, and not just the squares of the palette. Does anyone know of such a service? I can't find it now
