How to fix excessive pagination of large articles in Tiny Tiny RSS?

I installed the Tiny Tiny RSS aggregator on my RSS server , and immediately ran into a huge inconvenience. When reading an article that does not fit vertically on the screen, the Page Up / Down keys scroll the page page by page, but at a distance greater than the visible area, i.e. not only is the last line of the previous page no longer visible, but two or three more lines of the next one are not visible! If the article is over, the screen is aligned to the beginning of the next article and this bug is not noticeable for short articles that fit on the
screen over the text and block those few lines.
Is there a ready solution for this problem? Or give me ideas on how to fix it. Maybe there is an opportunity to move the structurally current headline of the news? Or is there some kind of CSS hack to control the viewport when scrolling text with the keys?
ps While I have an idea to completely remove the floating title. This can be done by adding the following line to the user styles:
div#floatingTitle {display:none;}
