Onedrive&Windows10, does the link work the same as in Windows8.1?

When installing Windows 8.1, it is possible to sign in with a Microsoft account and OneDrive immediately attaches. Is there such a thing in 10? How many did not put - no. Maybe there is some kind of assembly, as a continuation of Win 8.1?

Addition:
By the word assembly I mean the version (Home, Professional, etc., etc.).
But as I understand it, Win10 does not have the same bundle with OneDrive out of the box, like Win8 :(
