One virtual network between two ESXi hosts in different data centers. Is it real?

Hello dear experts!
Given:
Host ESXi A, it has virtual machines on the network 192.168.99.0. Management network also 192.168.99.0 is connected to Mikrotik A
Host ESXi B in the network 192.168.95.0 is connected to Mikrotik B
Between Mikrotik A and B VPN, routing, everything is ok.

Idea:
Deploy virtual machines on host B, so that they continue to work on the network 192.168.99.0.

How can I do that?
