Hello. Tell me:

I configured VPN access to Mikrotik Hap AC2, I connect via L2TP \ IPSEC.

On the proxy-arp bridge. The network is shared - DHCP 192.168.0.0/24 PCs sit at 2-100 addresses, VPN is distributed 101, 102, 103 and so on.

But for some reason I can't get access from my home PC through WinBox - it just doesn't find it.

At the same time, I connect to a PC for VPN - and WinBox works. Access to WInBox is limited to the network 192.168.0.0/24

The problem is not critical, but I want to figure it out.

most likely you have a rule in your firewall to block everything except LAN ports.
add your vpn interface to /interface list or change the firewall rule

Allow incoming packets in the firewall from the vpn network to the port
