On Windows Server 2003 in IE, the HTTPS protocol stopped working, what could be the matter?

There is an old server. Starting from October 4, the https protocol stopped working in the IE 7 browser and all other applications that depend on this browser. The protocol works in other browsers.
What was done:
-Checked HTTP SSL service - works
-SSL3 and TLS browser settings are all enabled
-Cleaned SSL
-reset settings -installed the
latest supported IE8
Decided to test it on another machine with Windows 2003 on board.
All the same.
IE8 browser works on XP. Access to the desired resource is.
