On which site (not for its intended purpose) and how (if clarification is required) is it best to take into account finances, if they are mostly personal?
- Accounting for various kinds of income (in the spirit, starting from "I can stop being lazy and sell my old refrigerator" and ending with the salary I receive or if I suddenly want my own business)
- Accounting and planning ways to save money (from banal to tricky options like I wanted a gadget and changed my mind)
- Accounting for various kinds of expenses, various kinds of regularity
- Accounting for necessary expenses
- Accounting for expenses for what I want, but I can do
- Accounting for expenses for dreams (motivation)
- Other opportunities will never be superfluous. If this is not at the expense of the service becoming paid or more expensive
PS I tried CoinKeeper - I didn't like that there were no tables. I tried Excel - I liked it, but something is missing besides tables and other goodies. I tried ZenKit - almost perfect, but lacks freedom, like in Excel, or narrow monetary elaboration

In general, accounting for finances is a purely personal matter. I have tried many options, incl. Excel, but something was missing everywhere.
As a result, I settled on the Drebedengi service . It is convenient that the application can read SMS and, according to the established rules, record an expense or income in a certain category (you set these rules yourself).
According to your points:
1. You can create an unlimited number of sources of income
2. You can’t plan savings, this, in my opinion, is already manual work, but you can plan a budget for future months
3. You can also create categories of expenses in an unlimited number
4. The cost of "Wishlist" is also, I think, a matter of manual control. I usually look at the expenses in it at the end of the month and think about what I could do without and learn a lesson for the future and keep it in my head.
5. In the service I proposed, you can. I haven't used it myself, but it does have that feature. If you are interested and relevant - read.
