On which account should I keep the application on Google Play, mine or the customer's?

Greetings! I wrote an application on order and posted it on my account so that my signature is in the developer column, this is in case they write about improvements and so that it is clear that I really developed it (for a portfolio), the customer wants me to transfer the application to it so that in the developer column was his company. The application is corporate for the crm system, the name of the application contains the name of its company.
Where do you keep apps and why?

Weird question!
This application is not yours, but the customer's.
You got paid for it!
Therefore, the answer is unequivocal: place it on the Customer's account.
1. You had to agree in advance with the Customer that you would enter yourself in Credits / About inside the application, it is possible to issue a written agreement that the customer has the right to use your product for any purpose, keeping information about your authorship in advance approved application section (Credits/About).
Now - you can try to do it now, but the customer does not owe you anything, although the authorship is automatically reserved for you.
2. You can write to Google to add the author field separately. Perhaps they will listen and do it.

He pays and wants full control.
Which is logical.
If the customer left it as it is, it would only show how technically he is not savvy.
In this case, the customer is not a fool and the customer is right.
