On what to make a portal of specialists?

Hello colleagues!
There was a task to make a site like: beauty-portal.cz Reinventing the
wheel and writing an engine from 0 is a thankless task.
It is not possible to use Magento, Joomla, Wordpress, MODx, because in them, the main entity is the product/article.
Here, the main entity should be a specialist.
Perhaps there is a CMS with the ability to flexibly configure the underlying entity and its attributes?
In general, all suggestions are welcome.

Maybe Drupal? It is quite flexible, you can customize entity attributes

Or take a framework from the listed CMS and write as you like, or just from scratch, or freelance.
