Hello dear minds! I'm starting to write a project "contacts of enterprises for the phone - not the essence of what and why" and so I can't figure out how to make a database with a phone number, description, company name and keywords, the form is like this:

SQL is a pretty simple language. To work with data, I can not imagine how you can do without it.
