On what platform to write a mobile application for IOS and Android?

I am an absolute beginner in IT, I want to write an application for IOS and Android platforms, improve it as demand for certain functions is added, scope: goods and services, management for small businesses. Which platform, suitable for IOS and Android, can be explored and not experience problems in the future (i.e. a platform for the future).

HTML5/JS: Cordova (/ PhoneGap ), React Native , Ionic .

and I am for Appcelerator, unlike Xamarin there is JavaScript, and unlike Cordova (Phonegap) there are real native controls, and not a running web browser
