Error on the tablet, what to do?

On the prestigio multipad 7.0 ultra+ pmp3570c tablet, the error "unfortunately page has stopped." pops up (it appeared after deleting some program downloaded as an advertisement from mobogenie). I reset the settings but this message still pops up all the time. Tablet cannot be used. I tried to reflash, there is no necessary firmware for this Chinese. Help solve the problem.
