Good time. Actually the question is:
On what engine is it better to organize an online library?
From the required functionality:

1. ability to create taxonomies (many-to-many relationships)
2. Create and edit a book online (in the form of HTML code)

From what I found this is a bunch of Wordpress + PressBooks .
Perhaps there are other solutions?
