On the main page, the photos are tiled and should move randomly. How can this be implemented?

The best solution would be to do the following: if you have these pictures in Photoshop as a layout and no interactions occur with them (i.e. they just lie on the background, and on top of them are text and a translucent dark background), then simply combine these pictures into a collage and put them on the background of the block, on top of which there will be text and background :)
