Good day.
My search for a program with suitable functionality on the Internet in the Russian Federation and even abroad was not successful, so I decided to register in a toaster and turn to professionals.
Perhaps I met a suitable solution that needed to be improved for myself, but due to the lack of the necessary experience and knowledge in the field of programming, I passed by.
Now to the point.
I want to create my own service for the supply of building materials, builders and special equipment (not a service for meeting customers and suppliers).
Now we are collecting a database of owners of special equipment, builders, suppliers of building materials with good partnership conditions.
Further, in all the areas we need, we will launch a leadgen and receive applications and customers.
The next step after the order is received is to appoint a contractor.
We will add to our database only those suppliers and performers who pass our filters and fully satisfy us in terms of the quality of work and their approach to doing work.
So here's the most interesting thing - how to notify the base for the selected segment, indicating the list of works and their cost? And based on the answers received, comparing with the questionnaires, the contractor has already been appointed.

It's not that difficult,
just very specific.
Any ready-made "script" will be shit.
But this is one of the key points of this business.
If without the web, then look at 1C in general.
1C-nicknames (of which there are plenty in any city) on such things the dog was eaten.
It will be faster and cheaper and better than that of web specialists.
