How to implement? Are there ready-made solutions? Maybe a framework for creating such interactive goodies?

Usually there is nothing to do at the front. After entering the email, you redirect the user to a new page (or immediately show a message) with the text: "Your email has been sent to your email, click on the confirmation link there." The user clicks on that link and that's it! The link already contains all the information needed by the server, the client does not participate in the confirmation process in any way.

Need to confirm email change? What is the change compared to? This is already a serverside, in part, it is not safe and pointless to do such things on the client.
