On iOS in Russian 3G, set up a VPN in the network

AFAIK:
1. Cellular networks cut GRE packets. You can buy a white IP package, but not cheap, especially since you need several iOS devices.
2. OpenVPN iOS (non-jailbroken) does not connect.

Is there a way out?

Megafon, MSK, iPhone 4, PPTP - everything works perfectly, both through 3g and through edge.

For me, openvpn is 80% reason for jb on i-devices and for root on android. I won’t understand, why don’t manufacturers add to the stock? Apparently there is little demand.

Either MTS, or Megafon at the beginning of the year, PPTP perfectly passed both through 3g and through edge. Now there is Beeline, but there is no server to check.
There is also ipsec in theory ...

Megafon, VPN normally rises (PPTP, tried on iPhone 3G and 4).
can call the technical support of the mobile operator?

@serjs

raise l2tp + ipsec at home, the same openswan in the set can help, I use it that way.

They have no right to block ports. Open a case in technical support.
