On Chromedev. tools added a color picker. How can I find out about other updates?

Does dev.tools have a changelog? I didn't find any mention of this in the chromium changelog.

Settings and experimental features have appeared (quite a long time ago, about the same time as the color picker.) Now you can make the panel be on the right, and not on the bottom
