On average, how many hours can you work per week with full employment on odesk / elance and other exchanges with a timer?

The timer on freelance exchanges counts only the net work time (with minimal interruptions), and on a regular job, the percentage of rest takes a fairly significant percentage of the time.
How many hours a week do you get on average as a freelancer on a full-time hourly job?

How much is a full load?
What does the net work time mean? :)
He considers, in principle, the time that he was turned on.
I often get distracted by all sorts of things, I come and see that 10 minutes have been added, or 20 minutes.
I work no more than 6 hours a day on average. I try, because more - performance drops greatly. Minor weanings from the computer are tracked (up to 10 minutes), large ones (from 20+ minutes) are not.
Well, it runs from 30 to 36 hours.

I have a total of 50-60 hours a month (12-15 a week, but I don’t think so, since it happens that I rake out all 60 in a week on an interesting project, and then a couple of weeks of rest and reading literature), if you throw out the time, which is easy I think about projects, but I'm not directly involved in them, but I work on a fix price mainly, because it is not convenient to stuff admin work into timers, or set crazy hourly rates, or it doesn’t turn out interesting and you have to play for time, although ready-made developments are already in the trunk.

On average, it turns out to work 25-30 hours a week. If it is overloaded with projects, it happens even more.
If there are few or no projects, then I try to spend about the same amount of time looking for new clients and some tasks to optimize business processes.
