Old version of unity?
I have a weak PC, I downloaded unity 5, the question is: Will it be possible to upload them to the play market and make games normally (2d games)

With version 5 there may be problems already, yes. Especially when it comes to android. There, in my opinion, there is no support for aab and 64 bits. And this is critical.
But in fact, you can not bathe and install newer versions - I don’t think that the old version is much faster than the new one.
Well, in general, yes, but Unity 5 is already very old.
I would still try to assemble a more powerful computer (maybe even simple games on a weak PC will hurt)
For 2d, you can also look at Monogame - there is also support for android, but a lot will have to be done from scratch.
For development, I recommend a minimum of 16GB of RAM and a core i5 4* processor or higher
did you just download from the site or did you download from the unity site itself along with the unity hub?
