Data synchronization

Old as the world question: Backup in a distributed environment. What to implement?

Hello everyone!
There is a distributed network: RDP server, 1C in the form of an application server and a database (in the cloud), Owncloud server and several offices with their own infrastructure (at least - NAS, as a maximum - local windows server)
I would like to have a single point of archiving and data synchronization , which:
1. Could archive (and, if desired, synchronize) data from all these sources.
2. Preferably, data archiving in this storage should be done using compression algorithms
. Please advise which technology to choose? What product to use?
