Okular for Win 10?
Hello. Has anyone managed to run (install) Okular under Windows? On the official site, some kind of dregs on installing KDE first. Maybe there is a ported code compiled into a binary where? Of all the programs that were available under Linux, I only miss this one, all other Linux programs with compared to their Windows counterparts (especially graphic ones) are a complete bottom. Only in the case of Okular, the opposite is true - the complete bottom of Acrobat Reader compared to it. I would appreciate any hint, thanks.

And yet, if you impose your subjective opinion in the question itself, calling the "bottom" of Linux software, which is used with might and main by Windows users (Smplayer, Audacious, LibreOffice etc.), then hardly anyone will answer you here.
