I sent a letter to the mail via API OK gave a certain list of rights, and then re-sent it about "Class" and do not answer (Sent 3 times!)

I don’t know if it’s still relevant, but it seems that they will never give these rights to a simple user, struggling with cheating like in VK, where you can wind up likes for a lemon for a hundred rubles.
