Offline collection of geolocation data from a smartphone?

Who faced the subject? I want to collect statistics of my movements with subsequent analysis of the time spent in a particular area of the map.
Considering the option with google locator. Almost everything suits, only a constant Internet connection is required (it is not).
In general, I'm looking for cross-platform software (android, ios) that collects cache movement statistics and synchronizes it with, say, an active wifi connection. It would be great if the server software out of the box could combine the collected coordinates in an area with automatic calculation of the time spent in this area, and it is very important that there is the ability to export data.
Colleagues, please advise your decisions.

I want to collect statistics of my movements
Are they my own? .. ;)
On my knee, I would do this - any tracker (manually start / stop) with the track recording setting in a folder synchronized via dropbox, for example. Then do whatever you want with the track on your computer, at least analyze it yourself, at least upload it to Google maps (although there are other options) ...
In general, all this wastes a lot of battery, you need to understand.
Hint (android): OSMTracker, OruxMaps, OsmAnd

I wrote a GPS navigator for Nokia N900 (C++/Qt). With minimal programming experience, you can easily write a program that saves the coordinates of your movements - everything is pretty trivial there. Or are you looking for a ready-made software solution?
