Office365 Outbound Filter?

All good evening.
There was a task to configure the filter of outgoing letters in office365.
That is: The employee sends a letter in which there is the word "Forbidden", and the responsible person immediately receives a notification in the mail that such and such sent such a letter.
I did not find this function in the settings, someone will tell you where it is? Thanks
