Odnoklassniki API. How to get usernames by id without session?

Odnoklassniki API. Is it possible, having an array of user ids, to get their names without a session and a logged in user. A shallow search yielded a users.getInfo method, but it requires a session. It is not clear what is the point of having a logged in user if I need to request the names of several other users.
