Error during authorization "For authorization, the application must be of type EXTERNAL" what is the reason?

I'm trying to log in to WARFACE, but when entering a login and password, such a message flies out, I can't access the site either. what can be done. Went in yesterday with no problems.
To perform authorization, the application must be of type EXTERNAL.
