ODesk - why is there no quota for taking a job?

Hello! please help - I can't get a job on Odessa. writes that your quota is 0 - you have used up the entire quota for the week, although I have not taken a single job yet. as I understand it, everyone is given 5 quotas per week, for some reason I have 0. I passed the necessary tests, I created an account for 100%. I have been writing to the support for three days now, I only receive automatic letters "thanks for contacting us. we are considering. thanks for your patience." of course, I understand that there are thousands of letters to them and they do not have time ... can anyone come across this? help plz. Or is it better to create the same profile, and just delete this one? what will be better and faster?

The profile in the question description no longer opens on Odesk.
In the comment above they wrote to you "5 applications for work" - you can send a certain number of APPLICATIONS (applies) per week. I suspect that you have spent this amount.
On the fingers: you can send a certain number of applications for projects per week (I have this number of 25).
You may not be hired, and the quota per week will be used up. And to send more applications, you will need to wait until next week.
How to get out of this situation:
1. Verify on Odesk and pass the Odesk readness test. Judging by the way you easily delete and create profiles, you have not passed any verification. And, in my opinion, after passing the Odesk Readness test, the quota is much more than 5 works per week.
2. Send relevant offers. Learn to do it right now. To get one out of 5 applications (although at the beginning it may be difficult)
3. The main hint in your case: as far as I know, there is such a link button "Withdraw application", which allows you to quota there will be one "free seat".
For example, you have a quota of 5 per week. On Monday, you submitted 5 applications and used up your entire quota. Look on Tuesday and you see, let's say that customers did not even respond to 4 applications. Accept and withdraw proposals for these projects. And you have the opportunity to send 4 applications again.
