Windows 7 x64, almost freshly installed. I'm writing a lab, I need a Microsoft Access ODBC driver. There is one in the control panel, but when I try to do something, it displays ...

Cannot find driver installers

This happens if you demolished the contents of the C:\Windows\Installer directory (recently there was such a miracle recommendation on the Toaster). If so, demolish the entire office with third-party software and install it again (maybe there are easier ways, but I don’t know them).

Install MS Office. Although the access and so it should be.
