OctoberCMS how to make admin authentication through frontend?

It is necessary that in OctoberCMS:
1 The user can register through the form, and preferably immediately as an administrator with limited rights (only write blog posts) and then log in with these rights, fully working as a front-end user.
or:
2 A normal front-end user could write a blog entry and then appear everywhere as the author of the post.
How to do either the first or the second?
