Obtaining an application access key in VK. How to fix the error?

Hello everyone, I need help, I wanted to make a bot in a group in VK, but an error appeared when receiving an application token. I follow this link:

https://oauth.vk.com/authorize?client_id=*******&display=page&redirect_uri=https://oauth.vk.com/blank.html&scope=friends,photos,audio,video,status,messages,wall,groups,offline,stats,email&response_type=token&v=5.63

(Instead of asterisks there is an application ID), now when I follow this link, I get this error:

error:  "invalid_request"
error_description:  "application was deleted"

Maybe if someone has come across and knows how to solve the problem, can help ...

In the error everything is written - "Application deleted". Just create a new one.
