Objectively calculate the cost of parsing with HH, how?
Received a large order for parsing resumes with HH. Depending on how many accounts with access to the database the customer forks out, the work can take from about a month to 3x (the customer pays for access). Previously, there were no such volumes, and I calculated parsing at the rate of 1-2p for one resume, it turned out quite adequately. But with this order, with such a calculation, it will turn out just an exorbitant amount (of course, I would like to nominate it, but it is unlikely that they will pay it).
What do you think is the best way to calculate the cost of scraping services in case of bulk orders?

Not for all cases it makes sense to take money only for development. You need to add service here + exclusive, too, maybe (as I understand it, you will host). You are still in the market. Why don't they charge a couple of hundred rubles for an apple? If your product really drags, then why collect crumbs. Negotiate with the client to reach a comfortable amount for everyone.
Since when is the cost calculated by the number of data? Are you going to collect them by hand, or what?
The cost of the work is the time spent on the development of the parser + side costs in the form of paying for the server, proxy, etc., if used, of course.
