NVIDIA driver on UBUNTU?
Hello everyone, I have an Inspiron 3542 laptop, on it the bottom of the video card
is 1 - discrete
2 - NVIDIA GT820
I have recently become a Windows hater)))
And that's why I use Linux, it costs UBUNTU 15.04
everything suits, but I can't install the driver on the video card,
so as after installation, the system does not boot, more precisely, it starts to reboot endlessly, not really booting, I tried to install 2 times and both had to reinstall the entire system.
Who knows how to safely install firewood ???

You have NVidia Optimus, the solution is Bumblebee. Google for "ubuntu installing bumblebee", the first link will work
I'll leave a link. Maybe that solution will help.
