Numeric keypad for dialing SMS for Android

In the SMS dialing mode, a standard qwerty keyboard is displayed, I would like to use an alphanumeric one (ala nokia 3310). Are there such keyboards in nature that contain numbers and letters (including Russian ones)?

In Google Play, the search does not find what I would like to get.

TouchPal input has T12 mode. Not T9, of course, but something like that.

I recommend putting this keyboard here
Epic settings menu, you can customize anything.
PS The design for the iPhone turned out to be the most convenient

Xperia Solo (android), in the input settings, you can select the type of keyboard. In the “lying” form, qwerty is displayed, in the “standing” one, I made a regular, telephone one (except that in order to dial a number, you need to hold down the button). Accordingly, with support for t9.
How to search:
Settings -> Language&input -> “KEYBOARD & INPUT METHODS” tab
When you click on the line below it (deafult), a window opens in input methods, from below, click configure input methods . Next, choose which of the keyboards you are configuring (I have a choice of japanese chinese and just keaboard), when you click on the configuration button, a menu appears with the Keyboard appearance item . Just choose what you want there.
This has just been done for Xperia, but I don't think there will be a big difference on other android phones.
