NTLDR Is Missing. I ask for a hint of the hall!?

Good time.
On the desktop, I began to observe a very strange picture. The electricity goes out, yells oops, I turn off the computer - and after starting I watch "NTLDR Is Missing". This shit happened. If I turn off the computer regularly, the flight is normal. But as soon as the computer is cut down, while the oops is torn, I observe the problem of the Windows bootloader.
I'm facing something like this for the first time. What can these symptoms indicate?
I met information on the net that such things can be caused by “inept use of various programs for working with hard disk partitions, for example: Acronis”. I just use Acronis. But only BootCD, I did not install the software itself. And only to backup and restore the system partition. Sometimes during a rollback to a previous snapshot I use the MBR restore function. Maybe it's just the same "inept use"?
Or is it time to update the bios?
In general, I will be glad to your advice and suggestions. For without a clue, "who is to blame" and "what to do."
A little about software and hardware

  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional
OS Service Pack: Service Pack 3
    CPU Type: DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E7500, 2933 MHz (11 x 267)
    Motherboard: Intel Raisin City DG41RQ (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
    Mainboard chipset: Intel Eaglelake G41
    System memory: 3067 MB
    BIOS type: AMI
    BIOS version: RQG4110H.86A.0009.2009.0108.1005
    System BIOS date: 01/08/09
  • UPS - Powercom BNT-1000AP

UPD
I remembered that the NTLDR Is Missing error does not appear every time after turning off during a power outage. If my memory serves me with no one, the story is something like this:
1. About a month ago, the NTLDR Is Missing message first surfaced - during an attempt to boot after turning off the machine to the accompaniment of oops.
2. The next similar shutdown did not lead to a subject message at the time of the next turn on.
3. Yesterday I yelled oops again, I turned off the computer, and after turning it on, I again encountered the NTLDR Is Missing error.
4. During this time, I turned off the computer a couple of times (in the absence of problems with the electrician), and then it booted up without problems.
I will clarify. The car rarely turns off. Works for weeks without rebooting even. Therefore, there is not enough data for normal statistics. It is possible that the NTLDR Is Missing error will also appear after a regular shutdown of the computer.

Two strange suggestions:
1) Since it is not described how to get out of this situation later (by a simple reboot?), then, perhaps, the matter is in the order of boot devices - during an abnormal shutdown, the system tries to boot from the wrong hard drive (is it one or more?) , or from some removable media (plugged flash drive)
2) An even crazier option: on my encrypted TrueCrypt disk, exactly such a message is shown as when prompted to enter a password (the full Windows message "NTLDR is missing or corrupted" simply does not fit into designated place). Maybe there is some kind of encryption system configured to automatically mount if, for example, there is a key on the flash drive, and if the flash drive with the key is turned off abnormally, it cannot be mounted?

@Rustamovich

make a "Vaccination" from the working machine: copy the ntldr file in the root - to the C drive of the dead system
